Wolftree is a print and online magazine for Makers, Dreamers and Adventurers. They brought me on for a year as the Creative Director to help them position the new magazine in an already saturated market.
I worked with the editorial team to design a unique wordmark that would be familiar to their target demographic while still setting the magazine apart from the competition.
I augmented the wordmark with an icon that would be used alongside the rest of the brand.
For the first two volumes, Wolftree was still trying to find it's voice. I worked with the core leadership to redefine the scope of the magazine and solidify
The chief editor and I worked together to develop a system of reusable layout modules for the magazine. The modules included systems for typography, photography, and illustration.
I directed and produced a short film promotional piece for the third issue of the magazine.
